With over 15 years’ experience in the property development industry, Hayley has developed proficiencies in town planning and urban development, predominantly in Queensland. Hayley has experience in both the public and private sectors, with a range of strategic and statutory projects.

Hayley’s knowledge and understanding of the expectations, processes and procedures operating in the development industry are applied to achieve successful outcomes from the due diligence phase, through to project delivery.

Hayley has managed a variety of residential, commercial, and mixed-use development proposals ranging from greenfield masterplans to high profile urban infill multi-tower developments. Hayley also prepares expert town planning reports for the Planning and Environmental Court.

Hayley is currently a Property Industry Advisory Committee Member at Bond University, a Planning Institute Australia Accreditation Representative at Bond University and a former Committee Member, Urban Development Institute Australia (UDIA), Gold Coast Branch
